Aila which has been recognized as a recommended restaurant in the first selection of the Michelin Guide Istanbul 2023, 2024 and in 2025, exemplifies the best of modern Turkish gastronomy – classic Anatolian cuisine based on fresh local ingredients, prepared using traditional methods with an updated twist, while also being awarded one toque (hat) by Gault & Millau.

 

Our hot and cold mezzes are made on the premises – follow them with kebabs grilled to perfection on the central ocakbaşı, or perhaps try seabass or grilled lamb paired with delectable side dishes. Save room for homemade desserts, a blend of tantalizing sweets and surprising flavors.
