Our lunch and Fairmont Sundays (Late breakfast) services will be available at Ukiyo Restaurant, located on the 5th floor.

Named for its live cooking stations, this casual-chic restaurant is the place to be for relaxed breakfasts and lunches.

Start the morning with a delicious buffet of local and international breakfast favourites. Our culinary team is ready to create a variety of egg dishes for you, including Turkish classics like menemen (scrambled eggs with chopped vegetables) or çılbır (poached eggs on garlic yogurt).

LUNCH IS CURRENTLY SERVED IN UKIYO

The lunch menu takes you around the Mediterranean and further afield – pastas and housemade sauces, stone-oven pizzas, gourmet burgers and more. Pair your feast with a regional wine or perhaps a bottle of French champagne.
